PLAYER HEALTH/MENTAL HEALTH
Player Welfare Initiative
The Rugby Colorado Player Welfare Initiative, started in 2024, was launched to address the recognizable needs of supporting youth in the rugby community beyond the pitch. The program is still in the pilot phases of implementation with goals set over the next two years to increase support and access to resources for clubs across the state of Colorado.
Mission Statement
The Rugby Colorado Player Welfare Program is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all youth rugby players across the state, on and off the pitch. This program aims to develop access to essential resources, education, and support to players, coaches, and families.
